iGoogle

by pittan @ 30 Jul. 2008 - 09:52:19

Anyone who have used Google search engine would be familiar with iGoogle. I have found this to be the best one-stop homepage ever. You can register with any email address but you get to use more features if you open a googlemail account.

Once you have registered there is a million things add to your iGoogle homepage. Some of the things I added on my iGoogle homepage includes:

1. To-do list
2. Bookmarks - I can access my bookmarks anywhere in the world.
3. Daily Health and Spiritual tips
4. Currency converter
5. Weather forecast at a glance
The list is endless.

Apart from the above, you can also upload files and documents, create your own website, upload your pictures and so on. I am so convinced of iGoogle's potential that I have started introducing it at my work place and we now have a common iGoogle homepage for our department. Try it you will be amazed.
